Five men have arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs are currently in custody at Cardiff Bay police station.
Chief Inspector Dan Howe said: “Following information received shortly before 9.00pm last night, police officers attended an address on Clare Road in the Grangetown area of Cardiff where five men were arrested on suspicion of committing drugs offences.
“We will take action on the information we get from the community and I hope this will continue to encourage others to speak to us.”
Three of the men, aged 32,34 and 37 come from Grangetown, another man, aged 34 is from Butetown and the fifth man, aged 58 come from Pentrebane.
